I live in Arkansas also!! Harrisburg in fact, up on crowleys ridge. i go to Imboden alot, I have a place there to camp on spring river.

No we are just about 12 miles or so south of fort smith arkansas. Right on the Arkansas/Oklahoma border.

I will check around and ask some people locally which ones are best. I used to go them all 20 yrs ago, but since I got married I haven't gone much. Now that I have two teen boys they are getting interested in it.

As long as its on a weekend my wife doesn't work, I can probably go (as long as I have the funds to do so) right now things are ok since Uncle Sam give me a nice refund.

im still waitin on my refund and most of its goin to crash for a set of 4wd fenders and the rest is goin to the jy for a miata trans and motor hopefully.

Ive seen several on ebay that are supposed to be JDM and low miles. They run from $495 up just for the engine.

i think i can get 1 from the local jy cheaper i can prolly get the motor and tranny for 300 the one i found is a 1990 model.

Thats a good deal, I wished I would have done that rather than build the F2.

I was looking into putting a Miata motor in because it made more HP and got
better mileage (I think) but someone here told me not to waste my time with
that engine that I would regret it.

I don't know why, it seems to be a peppy little motor. I know our trucks probably
weigh more than a Miata does, but the cool factor Is a big plus.

After I get this truck finished I will most likely give it to my son that is 15 now.
So a year from know I am going to look for an extra cab B2000, B2200, B2600,
what ever I can find.

I have a 92 silverado with a 4.3 and a 4L60E transmission (I think thats the tranny it has)
I am going to rob the ECU harness and everything I need and put that in the extra cab. I
would like to make about 200+ HP and still have it streetable.

prolly has a 700r4 not sure either but you should easilly be able to make 200 out of a 4.3
