Default briankmizell's 89 B2200

Exterior:

Body:
Currently stock,
I have a rear roll pan, license plate box for the tailgate,
tailgate handle relocator, and some caddy tail lights.
I am thinking of putting some 2005 Ford Explorer
headlights on it, and I will shave the door handles.

I will put some sort of Toyota front bumper on it.

Paint:
currently stock, I will put a custom paint job on it.
I will use theMatrix FX paint system.

Panels:
Emblems:
Notes:

Interior:

Color: Gray on gray.

I will change carpet to dark gray or granite,
and I am thinking of putting some color of blue somewhere
in the interior.

I am currently working on the stereo, I will take care of the
carpet and door panels while I am doing that.

System:
Pioneer DEH-P7800MP
Pioneer GEX-P920XM Sat Radio
JL Audio 300/2 Stereo Mid's & Highs Amp
JL audio XR 653-CS X-over (just the X-over not the speakers)
JL Audio XR100-CT Tweeters (kick panel)
JL Audio TR400-CXI Midrange (kick panel)
JL Audio TR690-TXi Mid Bass (doors)
JL Audio 250/1 Mono Sub Amp
JL Audio 15W3v2-2 (behind the seat)
Monster cable 12 gauge speaker wire
2/0 Power cable

Seats:
Factory SE5 bucket seats, will probably upgrade these.

Notes:

Suspension:
stock, I plan on c-notching the frame and adding a
3" lowering block, and installing some QA1 coil=over shocks
and removing the T-bars.

Wheels:
Stock 14" in picture, I have some 16" wheels from a 2000
Chevy 4x4. Tabs have been ground and are ready for
different wheels.

Drop:
re-indexed the T-bars, flipped lower ball joints
cranked the torsion bars down about 3.5 inches
Remove two leafs from the rear.

Modifications:
rear wall of cab will be smoothed out to make room
for sub woofer enclosure

Notes:

Engine:

Type: F2 2.2L
Bottom End: Stock
Top End: Stock

Notes:
Bored to 86.5mm
Weber DFEV 32/36
Pacesetter header
2 1/2 exhaust with raptor muffler turned down
just before the rear axel.

Extra Info:
I bought the truck for $395 in April of 2008, the truck
had been sitting since 1995. It was missing the head,
carburetor, and exhaust manifold.

The snout on the crankshaft was bad, so I found one
from a 626 on ebay.

I bought a new head from clear water Florida.

I rebuilt it and used Fel-Pro gaskets,
Sealed Power pistons & Molly Speed pro rings.
Clevite 77 rod & main bearings, Sealed Power
oil pump, beck & Arnley water pump.

I have an electric fuel pump, Mr. Gasket adjustable FPR,
two 12" electric fans with 50 amp relay, fan comes on
at 200 and shuts off at 185.

The transmission is automatic with overdrive.

Lowered

Any constructive idea's will be welcome.

I already seconded a truck, am I allowed to do such twice? If so, I'll second Brian's truck

I guess you could, K6 and dealwithit have voted on a couple. Others may have as well, but I am not sure of this.

Yes, you can second as many as you like, once the poll is started voting will be automated and nobody will be able to vote more than once.

cool custom work! Makes my ears hurt just thinking about that much stereo in a standard cab. You got my vote.

Thanks R90Baron

I like my stereo loud at times, but I mainly like good sound quality. Thats one of the reasons I chose JL Audio.
