93 2600 2.3 diesel Dodge Ram 50

I posted this thread in the 2600 forum by mistake. Anyhow, I just bought a 93 2600 4x4 that was over heated. It's been partially disassembled. I just picked up an 83 Dodge Royal mini Ram 50 with a 2.3 Mitsubishi turbo diesel. Will this engine bolt up to the Mazda transmission? If so, do I need the bell housing from the Dodge transmission? Has anyone done this swap before? I appreciate any help at all.

i'm not sure if it just bolts up, but to swap the engine with the trans shouldn't much of a problem. throw up some pics of it.

i think the similar ones were the carbed b2600's and the mitsu 2.5/2.6L diesels

Will the Mazda transfer case adapt to the 2x2 Mitsubishi transmission?

best thing is to take a pic of what you have, and post it up here, then ill know pretty quick if it'll work or not
