Well, since I am on light duty at work and at home, I decided to do some light duty work on the diesel conversion today. Remember how I had that broken return line?
Well, I figured that it was not an absolute necessity to have all 4 return lines connected at the injectors, I mean, they all are just going to go back to the tank, right?
So, I cut them into 4 individual pieces, cut off the spare lines that were on 3 of the pieces, welded the extra holes shut, and problem solved

I tried to weld flares on the end of 3 of them (one already had one) but I found that the metal was too small, even on low setting I burned through. I'm going to try to find a flare tool that will work on bent pipes, or just use the extra length and clamp the hoses down using 2 clamps per (assuming I can find a clamp small enough,
lol)
It's coming along slowly, but it's coming along.
oh, and this should be a given, I'm going to tee the lines together using hose and fittings suitable for diesel fuel to the one master return line.
