Vehicle Certification Tag
There is a lot of information about one's truck that can be obtained from the vehicle certification tag. Not only can this tag tell you what your truck came with from the factory but can also tell you where specific items where made and if they interchange or not. All codes are listed below.

Codes are in two parts, first part being the trim type, second being color.
Trim Type
- H - Simulated split vinyl bench seat
- E - Cirrus cloth 60/40 split bench seat
- G - Triad luxury sport bucket seats
- F - Cloth / vinyl 60/40 split bench seat
Color Code (Second Part)
- F0 - Medium Prairie Tan
- E6 - Medium Graphite
Pinstripe Code
- P - Platinum, Styleside
- S - Silver, Styleside
- R - Orange, Metallic
- L - Blue, Metallic
- 1 - Platinum, Flareside
- 2 - Silver, Flareside
- G - Burnt Orange, Metallic (Mexico only)
- B - Pastel Blue, Metallic (Mexico only)
Radio Code
- Y - No Radio
- 7 - AM/FM radio w/clock
- Z - AM/FM with single CD player
- K - AM/FM w/(Dual Meia) cassette and CD player
- 1 - AM/FM with six disk CD changer

- 87 - 4.10 no LSD, 4x2 & 4x4
